THE CHALLENGE

A corporate launch event moves quickly, and the media coverage has to do more than document the room. It has to capture key moments clearly enough for immediate press use while also producing polished assets for internal and post-event communications.

CIBC was launching the JetBlue Plus Card in collaboration with JetBlue, with CIBC serving as the issuing bank. The event required both a photography team and a videography team to capture the evening in a way that could support media releases, news stories, and corporate follow-up. In addition to the event coverage, the client also needed a video summary that could be shared after the launch.

The challenge was not only capturing the event itself, but delivering the work quickly enough for immediate communications while keeping the review and revision process organized.

THE SOLUTION

We built the coverage around speed, coordination, and clean delivery so the event could be documented in a way that served both immediate press needs and post-event use.

Our role included photography and videography coverage across the launch event, capturing branded moments, guest activity, stage visuals, and the overall atmosphere of the evening. We then moved the assets through a collaborative review process that allowed the client team to pinpoint edits, leave notes directly on the deliverables, and access updated versions as revisions were completed.

By keeping the workflow structured from capture through delivery, the photography was turned around in time for media releases and the final event recap was completed on schedule. The result was a full media package that supported the launch both on the night and after the event concluded.

MORE WORKS

Three project pages now follow the same case-study rhythm, with a stronger visual hierarchy and a cleaner path from hero to supporting work.
