THE CHALLENGE

Corporate soft openings require more than general event photography. The coverage needs to document the atmosphere, the people, the key moments, and the institutional importance of the event without slowing down the flow of the room.

CIBC requested photography coverage for the soft opening of its new Private Wealth Management office at Venetian Village. The event took place from 5pm to 7pm and brought together executives, decision-makers, speakers, and guests for a formal opening moment.

The challenge was to capture the event in a way that felt polished, useful, and ready for immediate business use. The images needed to support internal communications, public relations, and potential news or press sharing shortly after the event.

THE SOLUTION

Cada Grande provided focused corporate event photography built around key people, key moments, and fast delivery.

The coverage included executive arrivals, speaker moments, decision-makers, guest interactions, room details, branded moments, and the ribbon cutting. The goal was to create a complete visual record of the soft opening while making sure CIBC had the right images available quickly.

Within 24 hours, the final image set was delivered through CIBC’s media archive inside their client dashboard portal. This gave the team a clean, organized link they could share internally or with news and press contacts. The result was a polished corporate photography archive that documented the opening, supported CIBC’s communications team, and gave the client immediate access to media-ready images without a delayed handoff.
