THE CHALLENGE
Last-minute hospitality production leaves no room for delay when multiple properties, multiple formats, and premium visual standards all need to come together at once.
This project moved fast from the start. We met on Wednesday afternoon, and the full delivery was due the following Monday. The assignment required professional content for five residences and suites across Margaritaville Resort and One Particular Harbour, all within a compressed production window.
The scope went beyond standard interior photography. The resort required bracketed exposure composite images to keep interior detail balanced while preserving the view through the windows, along with video walkthroughs of every property and 3D tours captured for independent hosting through a provider of the resort’s choosing.
THE SOLUTION
We built the production around speed, control, and clean execution so the work could move quickly without losing the standard the properties required.
Our role focused on capturing all five residences and suites with a workflow designed for both quality and efficiency. That meant photographing each space with the precision needed for polished composite interiors, while also producing walkthrough video and 3D capture across the full property set.
By working double time and keeping the process tightly organized, we delivered the full set on schedule. The result was a complete visual package produced under one of the tightest deadlines we have handled to date, without compromising the client’s expectations.
