Terms of Conditions

Last updated: May 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using
our website, digital platforms, project pages, demos, and related services.

By using this website, contacting us, submitting a project inquiry, viewing a demo, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are

Cada Grande is a creative systems company providing media production, digital experiences, software development, interactive platforms, and media infrastructure services.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about Cada Grande, view our services, review project examples, access demos, contact us, or submit project inquiries.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, scraping, copying, interfering with the website, or attempting to damage or misuse any part of the site.

3. Project Inquiries

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation for Cada Grande to accept the project.

A project becomes active only when both parties agree to the scope, timeline, payment terms, and any required written approval, deposit, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

4. Proposals, Estimates, and Pricing

Any proposal, estimate, quote, or pricing shared by Cada Grande is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.

Pricing may change if the project scope, timeline, deliverables, production requirements, technical requirements, travel needs, staffing, revisions, or client requests change.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not final contracts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project materials, approvals, access, feedback, brand assets, media files, login details, locations, permissions, and any other items needed to complete the work.

Delays in receiving required materials, approvals, or access may affect timelines and delivery dates.

6. Payments and Deposits

Payment terms may vary by project and will be stated in the relevant invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Cada Grande may require a deposit before beginning work. Work may pause if required payments are not received on time.

Final files, access, published work, source files, or completed deliverables may be held until outstanding balances are paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

Projects may include a defined number of revisions, depending on the agreed scope.

Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or a revised agreement.

Examples of scope changes may include new deliverables, additional edits, extra filming days, platform changes, new features, rush delivery, expanded access, or major creative direction changes after approval.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cada Grande retains ownership of its internal systems, workflows, templates, concepts, layouts, code structures, design methods, production processes, project management methods, and creative development approach.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, such as logos, brand assets, company information, approved copy, original media, and other client-owned content.

Final ownership rights for completed deliverables will depend on the specific agreement for that project.

9. Portfolio Use

Unless restricted by written agreement, Cada Grande may reference completed work in its portfolio, website, proposals, social media, case studies, presentations, or business development materials.
This may include project names, client names, screenshots, videos, photography, platform previews, behind-the-scenes context, and descriptions of the work performed.

Clients who require confidentiality or limited public use should request this in writing before the project begins.

10. Confidential Information

Cada Grande respects confidential client information and will take reasonable steps to protect project details, internal materials, private links, unpublished media, and sensitive business information.

Confidentiality requirements should be clearly communicated in writing before sharing sensitive materials.

11. Website Demos and Spec Work

Some pages, demos, prototypes, or platform examples shown on this website may be concept work, spec work, internal product studies, or prototype builds.

These examples are shown to demonstrate Cada Grande’s creative, technical, and systems capabilities. They may not represent a final client-approved product unless clearly stated.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Cada Grande may use or recommend third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software, payment systems, email tools, video platforms, analytics tools, or project management systems.

Cada Grande is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, data loss, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

13. Website Content

The content on this website is provided for general information and business communication purposes.

We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content, links, pricing, services, or project descriptions will always be complete, updated, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

Cada Grande is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of this website, project delays, third-party tools, technical issues, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service connected to the issue.

15. No Guaranteed Results

Cada Grande may help clients improve production quality, digital experiences, media systems, content workflows, customer engagement, and project organization.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, sales, audience growth, customer response, media performance, search rankings, investment outcomes, or platform adoption.

This website may contain links to external websites, platforms, videos, demos, tools, or client pages.
